MANGO KEY LIME PIE

MANGO KEY LIME PIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. mango puree
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Mango Pie INSTRUCTIONS
First of all thoroughly mix lime juice, condensed milk, egg yolks and mango puree. An then beat egg whites with dash of salt to stiff peaks. next is to fold in mango mixture. Add to crust and chill until firm. enjoy the mango key lime pie !

PINEAPPLE MANGO PIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 4 lg. ripe mangos, peeled and sliced (3 c.)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
MANGO PIE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all in a bowl, mix mangos, pineapples, sugar. And then sprinkle with flour. Next is to stir constantly, mixture should be thick. Pour into a 9 inch double pie crust and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done. The mango pie is ready to serve...enjoy it !

MANGO CUSTARD PIE RECIPE

MANGO PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. mashed or pureed mango
  • 3 eggs, unbeaten
  • 1 lg. can evaporated milk (1 2/3 cup)
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
MANGO PIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients into the blender; and then pour into pie shell and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife blade inserted into center comes out clean. This pie is popular in Florida at Thanksgiving as it resembles pumpkin pie but is lighter and more healthful...enjoy the mango custard pie ! Nice !

DEEP DISH MANGO PIE RECIPE

MANGO PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 stick butter
  • Mangoes (not green - not too ripe)
  • 3/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
MANGO PIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter in pan you will use to bake pie. Add the mango (cut up and use as much fruit as you like). Sprinkle sugar over fruit (not the sugar in the recipe), using 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar.
Mix flour, sugar and milk in a bowl and pour over mango. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until brown. Serve with whipped sweetened cream or vanilla ice cream...enjoy the mango pie !

MANGO PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, sugar free
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large ripe mangoes
MANGO PIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and slice mangoes, add cinnamon, set aside.Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Mix well.Add mangoes and pour into pie crust.Chill until firm. The mango pie recipes is ready to serve. Enjoy it!

MANGO & PEACH PIE RECIPE

Mango Pie Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. unbleached flour
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. ice water
  • 1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
Mango Pie Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Crust: Combine flours and salt. Slowly add oil and ice water, blending with a fork until a ball is formed.
Roll out and slip into pie plate.
  • 2 lg. peaches
  • 2 tbsp. almond flavoring
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
Combine mangoes, peaches all sliced, with almond flavoring, sugar, nutmeg, lemon juice, cinnamon and flour. Pour into uncooked pie crust. Dot with butter and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice milk..and the mango pie recipe is ready to serve..enjoy the pie !

MANGO-CHERRY PIE 1

MANGO-CHERRY PIE RECIPE
A nice mango pie recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. pitted tart red cherries
  • 2 c. sliced ripe mango
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 drops almond extract
  • Red food coloring (opt.)
  • Pastry for 9" lattice top pie
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain cherries reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Combine sugar and flour; stir in cherry juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Add fruits, butter, almond extract and a few drops red food coloring, if desired. Let stand while preparing pastry.
Line 9" pie plate with pastry. Fill. Moisten edge; top with lattice crust, flute edges. Bake in a very hot oven, 425 degrees, for 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 to 45 minutes longer or until bubbly in the center.
This recipe was originally a peach-cherry pie recipe that I adapted to use with mangoes. Mangoes can be substituted in place of peaches in many recipes very nicely. The mango pie recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !
